8. Compliance With Legal Regulations

The Site and the Company's business partners do not act unlawfully or for any purpose other than those specified herein. This practice is updated in line with legal developments and brought into conformity with the form and scope determined by law.

9. What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data subjects have the following rights:

• To request information if personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether such data

  is used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in

  Turkiye or abroad,

• To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or

  inaccurate and to request that the transaction carried out in this respect be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons

  requiring its processing cease to exist, although it has been processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction carried out in this respect be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing

  the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful

  processing of personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding these rights to us, your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) days. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to request a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Data Subject accepts, declares and undertakes that if they make a request that results in any of their personal data not being usable by the Company, they may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site and that all responsibility arising in this context will belong to them.
