If you submit your requests regarding these rights to us, your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) days. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to request a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The Data Subject accepts, declares and undertakes that if they make a request that results in any of their personal data not being usable by the Company, they may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site and that all responsibility arising in this context will belong to them.
