Message our support team or open a return from your order details. We’ll send you a return code and a free shipping label (TR).

We cover return shipping inside Turkey. For international returns, the shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

Once your item reaches our warehouse and is checked, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds are considered for unused full subscription periods. When returning a device, we recommend cancelling your active subscription as well.

Faulty items are covered by the 2-year warranty; repair or replacement is free. Our support team starts the process for you.
